About ME
I’m an experience strategist and CX consultant working in the place where brand, experience, and people-centered design meet. I help companies build deeper, more meaningful connections with their customers and employees. During my career, I’ve worked in technology, user experience design and digital strategy, and more recently in brand strategy and experience for many global brands across a range of industry sectors - connecting the goals, needs and desires of the customer to the business objectives of my clients.
MY AREAS OF FOCUS
Account Leadership & Project Management: I’ve pitched, planned and managed projects of all sizes, from nimble digital engagements to full-service experience design and build projects with many different stakeholders. I’m experienced at bridging the gaps between business stakeholders, technologists and creative teams to get to the best out of teams without compromising project delivery.
Experience Design: I’ve been working in brand-led experience for the last 20 years, taking a customer-centric approach to designing meaningful interactions with people across physical and digital touchpoints. Some of the tools: journey maps, personas, experience principles, user research, co-design, metrics & measurement and rapid prototyping.
Innovation & Design Strategy: I’ve worked across both corporate and product-based innovation projects, using collaborative workshopping to carve out a way forward, and using design as a creative problem solving tool to help bring possible futures to life, and then to help assess the value and potential of new products and services.
